Founded in 2025 by Clinton Lang, Lang Attorneys Inc. is a boutique law firm that specialises in providing high-quality legal services across various practice areas, including corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, insolvency law, dispute resolution, property transfers and bond registrations. Founder
Clinton Lang, an admitted attorney, notary, and conveyancer, brings over 14 years of extensive legal experience to the firm. After a successful career as a partner at a prominent law firm, where he provided legal advice to several South African banks, financial service providers, small- and medium-sized entities and private and public entities, Clinton established Lang Attorneys Inc. to create a practice that prioritises client relationships and delivers quality legal service with a personal touch. His expertise spans multiple areas of law, allowing him to provide comprehensive support to both individuals and businesses.

Carla Lang
Head of Legal Operations – (BCom Law & LLB)
We are proud to have Carla Lang serve as our Head of Legal Operations, a key leadership role at the heart of our firm’s strategic and administrative functions.
As an admitted attorney, Carla brings valuable insight to the operational side of our practice. She understands the specific needs of our clients and attorneys alike, bridging the gap between legal service delivery and efficient firm management.
In her role, Carla oversees the internal systems, workflows and support structures that allow our legal team to operate at the highest standard. She manages staff, streamlines processes, implements compliance measures and ensures that our day-to-day functions align with the firm’s long-term goals.

Amira
Our secretary & receptionist.
At the front line of our firm, you’ll find the friendly face and calm efficiency of our Secretary and Receptionist, Amiera Mustapha. She is often the first voice our clients hear and the first person they meet when visiting our offices — a role she fulfils with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Amiera is highly organized, with over 5 years of legal administrative experience in litigation. She is known for her excellent communication skills and excelling in high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities.
More than just managing calls and coordinating appointments, she plays a vital role in keeping the daily operations of our firm running smoothly. From handling correspondence and assisting with document preparation to creating a welcoming environment for clients, her contribution is at the core of our service.
